Q: Who's the right fit for Drivible?

A: Any dealership with an active service, sales, or finance department handling more than a handful of documents monthly. We work best where there's real paperwork volume, typically dealerships with 10+ transactions per day. If you're a very small, cash-only operation with minimal paperwork, you might not get much value. But if you're burning hours filing and retrieving documents, you're our ideal customer.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Drivible is very good value for money.

We've got a free plan, letting you upload up to 50 documents a month for testing and experimenting.

The current plans are available here but are in the order of AUD $26/user/month and most service departments need just the team plan (up to 10 users).

Although we find Dealerships will often use Drivible in other departments and go for the Dealership plan.

Depending on your size and location Drivible could save your dealership $100k/yr in labour and real estate (freeing up a room from paperwork).

Q: How can I get my documents into Drivible?

Service Invoice - Payment Page Example

A: There’s 3 main ways you can get your documents into Drivible.
1. Incoming Email - The main way is to scan your documents individually (e.g the 7 page RO or Invoice) and from the scanner email it to our unique email address for you. Within a minute or two we’ll have processed it and it should be searchable. We’ll also scan it with our DocAI system and populate the important fields

2. Manually Upload - You can also manually upload the scanned file in and manually create an Service entry in our platform. When you drag and drop the file, just like with Incoming Emails, we’ll scan it with our DocAI system and extract the important fields, but this time it’ll just and prefill the details and you can edit them before saving

3. Bulk Document - We’ve also got a Bulk Document processing system. This means that you can scan all the RO’s at the end of the day, or at least as many as your scanner can take in a single go. You upload them to the Bulk Document section of our platform, and we’ll attempt to extract the Repair Order number from the first page using DocAI. You click [Save] and over the next few minutes our system will tirelessly analyse every page looking for where it thinks the next Repair Order starts and work out where to automatically split the file for each unique document. We’ll do the DocAI analysis, extracting fields from the first page, OCR each page and you’ll have the ROs or even Invoices available in our system and easily searchable within 1s. Both from the Service record or the original uploaded Bulk Document.

Most service departments are using Bulk Document processing whilst Sales staff often send to the unique email address whilst manual uploads are used more for when you are about to request the Client (Customer or Company) pay for a service, part, deal deposit, or request they complete an eSign, Test Drive, etc..
